Warehouse utilisation dashboard from ERP exports

Every day we export stock levels and movements from our ERP as CSV. We need a dashboard showing warehouse utilisation, stock turnover, and a two-week shortage forecast. Data: roughly 400,000 rows a month across 6 warehouses. We expect an ETL step, a data mart, and a dashboard a warehouse manager can open without our help.
